My journey at university began in a Bachelor of Engineering Practice (honours) degree. It focused on industry relations and hands on learning. In 2020 I changed to a Bachelor of Engineering (honours) majoring in product design which I am a recent graduate of.
2012-2017
CAMBERWELL GIRLS GRAMMAR SCHOOL
My love of product design began at school where we were incredibly blessed to have a maker space filled to the brim with exciting technologies. In my final year, I was introduced to the laser cutter which really sparked my interest between creativity and technology.
SKILLS
INITIATIVE
Through various life experiences such as casual employment and collaborating with others for university I have had the opportunity to showcase my initiative when working towards a common goal. This is reflected through high quality results and complements from customers.
COMMUNIATION
During my time within the Practice Academy, I have had the need to communicate with my peers and teachers to ensure everyone is on the same page. The communication skills I have developed enable me to be upfront and honest with my peers about deadlines and the completion of work. These skills have allowed my group to obtain high quality results for reports
TEAM WORK
Once again through my time in the Engineering Practice Academy I have learnt to develop and master my teamwork abilities. I have achieved this through the teamwork-based structure the Academy upholds meaning all projects are completed within projects.
